Ingredients:
- 1 can salmon (15.5 ounces)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup crackers (saltines or ritz crackers), finely crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
- Drain salmon.
- Place in a bowl and break apart with a fork.
- Mix onion, eggs, and crackers thoroughly into salmon.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
- Brown each salmon patty on both sides, approximately 3 – 5 minutes on each side.
