Sweet Potato Recipe
It is the time of year to eat Sweet Potatoes. Last year I posted Sweet Potato Recipes for a Thursday Thirteen and it included 2 of my own recipes: Bourbon Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Sweet Potato and Apple Soup. I also posted Facts about Sweet Potatoes and Yams. Did you know sweet potatoes are originally from America? These seemed to be popular posts so I am adding a few new sweet potato recipes to the blog.

These recipes look really good… I’m always trying to find new ways to fix sweet potatoes. Thanks for the comment on my blog… the potty training is going a lot better today!
