Yesterday, GigglyGirl asked me, “What is your favorite thing?” I replied, “You, BusyBoy, and Mr. Right.”
She said, “What else is your favorite thing?” I replied, “Books.”
She asked again, “What else if your favorite thing?” I replied, “Ladybugs?”
Apparently, I was getting my favorite thing wrong.
She asked again, “What else is your favorite thing?” I said, “I don’t know. What is my favorite thing?”
She asked, “Butterflies?” I said, “Yes. Butterflies are my favorite thing.”
Butterflies are GigglyGirl’s favorite things, too.
