Ingredients:

1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 medium green pepper, finely chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon pepper
1 can tomato soup (10 ounces)
