Crockpot Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients:

1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 medium green pepper, finely chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon pepper
1 can tomato soup (10 ounces)
1 can diced tomatoes

Directions:

Combine ground beef, rice, onion, green pepper, egg, salt, and pepper.
Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls, approximately 20 meatballs.
Place meatballs in crockpot.

Salmon Patties

Ingredients:

1 can salmon (15.5 ounces)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup crackers (saltines or ritz crackers), finely crushed
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:

Drain salmon.
Place in a bowl and break apart with a fork.
Mix onion, eggs, and crackers thoroughly into salmon.
Shape the mixture into patties.
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
