This is NOT a) a chain letter because it doesn't say anything bad will happen to you if you don't participate, nor b) a stupidly dangerous idea because the candy is most likely to come from one of your neighbors. And if you're that freaked out about accepting candy from strangers, then may I give you a little unsolicited advice and stop worrying about this horrible world that we live in and just start trying to enjoy it a little?
