Last week, many of my plans fell victim to a stomach virus that plagued my house from Monday afternoon until Sunday. Hopefully, everyone is well now. This week I will be getting caught up and planning out the next few months of the year. I will be getting ready for the Holiday Grand Plan, which starts August 31, finalizing the county campaign plans for McCain and Sen. Saxby Chambliss in my county as I am the County Campaign Chairman for both campaigns, mapping out my blog posts for the next month, and a firming up a plans for a few other projects Mr. Right and I have going on.
Since I will be busy planning so many activities, I have decided to take it easy with my cooking. My menu this week consists of foods that take little time to prepare but are very filling and satisfying when cooked.
Monday: 7 Layer Casserole
Tuesday: Chicken Pot Pie
Wednesday: Turkey Spaghetti and Salad
Thursday: Breakfast for Dinner: Grits and Eggs
Friday: Homemade Pizza
Saturday: Leftover Buffet
Sunday: Easy, Tasty Roast Beef, Carrots, and Potatoes
Feel free to leave a comment to let me know you stopped by! As always, be sure to check out the other menu plans at OrgJunkie’s site.

I so need to start planning out a weekly menu. I think we would save tons of money and I wouldn’t have that dreaded thought each morning of what am I going to make for dinner…what do we have and so on.

Dianna, you are right. When you plan your menus in advance, it does make the dreaded question “What are we having for dinner?” less dreaded.
When I started Menu Planning, I made a list of all the meals we liked to eat. Then I would go through the list and select the food we would want to eat that week. Since I was storing the menu plans on my computer, after a short while I could use menus from previous weeks without having to put a lot of thought into it.
