Tax Free School Supplies, Free Sample School Supplies, and Elementary, Middle, & High School Supplies List

July 16th, 2008 · 5 Comments

I searched high and low to find these companies, groups, and charities that are either giving away free school supplies to people in need, holding sweepstakes in which you can win free school supplies, or sending out free sample school supplies.

I’ve also provided a basic school supplies list, a high school supplies list, and a chart that shows the “Tax-Free Holidays” by state so you can time your shopping to avoid paying the sales tax.

BusyBoy and GigglyGirl will be starting kindergarten in just a couple of weeks, so I have to admit I’m a bit of a novice at the school supply game. But don’t worry, I’m a quick study and as I find more deals for back-to-school supplies I’ll post them here.
