This week, I have a lot of work to do as primary campaign season gears up in Georgia. I am with the exception of one recipe opting for recipes that are easy to prepare meals that will not take much prep work. The one exception is spaghetti, which I intend to make a large batch to freeze for meals in the weeks to come.
Monday: Breakfast for Dinner: oatmeal
Tuesday: Easy, Tasty Roast Beef with carrots and potatoes
Wednesday: Squash casserole (previously frozen from my freezer), broccoli, beans, and fruit
Thursday: Turkey Spaghetti, salad
Friday: Seven Layer Casserole
Saturday: Leftovers

Campaign season is upon me too…but, regardless of that, I always opt for raiding the sale(s) on frozen dinner at Kroger, Publix, & Trader Joe’s.
To enjoy these same recipes, you DO have to know how to work a micorwave…and deal with the brown-eyes that never move from watching you take every single bite…and waiting for the opportunity to lick the plastic bowl clean…
