After GigglyGirl found BusyBoy’s missing blankie. This is “his blankie,” “the blankie.” BusyBoy said, “GigglyGirl, you are the best sister in the whole wide world. I love you.”
While playing pretend animals, BusyBoy said GigglyGirl should be a mermaid. GigglyGirl’s reply: “No. I can’t be a mermaid. When they die, there is no water in heaven. They can’t die.”

I love these bits of conversations! I try to capture as many moments like this as I can. When they are fighting teenagers I can say “look, you used to love each other so much, now stop it!”
