Ingredients

6 ½ ounces canned tuna (drained and broken into chunks)
1 hard boiled egg
¼ cup dill pickle, finely chopped
¼ celery, finely chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise, reduced-calorie
1 teaspoon, mustard
3 leaves lettuce
3 pita bread rounds, halved or 4 slices of whole wheat bread 

Directions

In a mixing bowl gently mix together tuna, egg, pickle, celery, mayonnaise, and mustard.
Chill overnight.
