Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 6 ½ ounces canned tuna (drained and broken into chunks)
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • ¼ cup dill pickle, finely chopped
  • ¼ celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, reduced-calorie
  • 1 teaspoon, mustard
  • 3 leaves lettuce
  • 3 pita bread rounds, halved or 4 slices of whole wheat bread 

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl gently mix together tuna, egg, pickle, celery, mayonnaise, and mustard.
  • Chill overnight. 
  • Serve on bread or in pita rounds with lettuce.
