Ingredients
- 6 ½ ounces canned tuna (drained and broken into chunks)
- 1 hard boiled egg
- ¼ cup dill pickle, finely chopped
- ¼ celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, reduced-calorie
- 1 teaspoon, mustard
- 3 leaves lettuce
- 3 pita bread rounds, halved or 4 slices of whole wheat bread
Directions
- In a mixing bowl gently mix together tuna, egg, pickle, celery, mayonnaise, and mustard.
- Chill overnight.
- Serve on bread or in pita rounds with lettuce.
