Mr Right and I do a lot of batch cooking and freeze lots of my food to eat later. We use a a Reynolds Handi Vac and a FoodSaver as part of our tools to save the food. Here are some links to recipes on my blog that are freezer friendly:
Spicy Gingerbread Cookies (freeze the dough before cooking the cookies or you could freeze the actualy cookies)
Homemade Pizza (I do not have a recipe posted for this. You can freeze the cooked pizza to have later. Usually we freeze a few pieces at a time.)
Pumpkin Bread with Cream Cheese Filling (We usually bake these in cheap smaller aluminum pans so the amount we freeze is just right as a side dish for our family of 4)
Taco Ring (We freeze the seasoned, cooked taco meat and bake the rest of the ring fresh when we want it.)
Squash Casserole (We freeze the main veggie part of the casserole. Then when it is time to eat, we add the cracker topping and bake it. Sometimes, we just heat up the veggie part in a microwave and skip the topping.)

Very interesting details you have remarked, thankyou for putting up. “Success is a journey, not a destination. The doing is often more important than the outcome.” by Arthur Ashe.
