Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3.4 ounce package of butterscotch pudding mix, cook and serve variety
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground giner
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
- Blend butter, brown sugar, and pudding; mixing well.
- Beat in egg.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Chill until slightly firm.
- Roll out dough to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into shapes.
- Arrange on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 24 cookies.
