Turkey Chili

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey

1 medium onion, finely diced

1 medium green pepper, finely diced

4 cans of kidney beans

4 cans of tomato sauce 

1/4 - 1/3 chili powder

1/3 cups of brown sugar

3 tablespoons paprika

3 tablespoons ground cumin

Directions

Brown the turkey with the onion and green pepper until thoroughly cooked.

Drain the beans and then add to meat mixture.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 - 2 cups White Wine

2 teaspoons Garlic, minced

1 - 1 1/2 cups Emmenthaler Swiss Cheese, grated

1 - 1 1/2 cups Gruyere Swiss Cheese, grated

1/2 cups Flour

1 teaspoon Nutmeg, finely ground

Juice of ½ lemon

1 tablespoon Kirshwasser

Assorted breads (rye, sourdough, ), cut in bite size pieces
