One more thing. I'm not sure if you have this recipe; but this is great for making and freezing portions of it for later. It is also good if you need to feed 6-8 people! Hope you don't mind me sharing on your blog!

Poppy seed chicken casserole
1.5 packs of Ritz Crackers
2 Tablespoons poppy seed
4 chicken breast
2 cans chicken broth
1 large container of sour cream
2 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick of butter

Put chicken and chicken broth in slow cooker. Cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large casserole dish, pull chicken apart and lay on bottom of dish. In the meantime, combine cream of chicken and sour cream together in one dish. Combine and crush Ritz crackers and poppy seed in large bag together. Pour sour cream/soup mixture on top of chicken. Then pour cracker mixture on top of that. Melt butter and pour on top. Bake 45 minutes.

TIP: if you forget to slow cook your chicken, you can cook in a pan.

I wonder if you can add a "printer friendly" version of your recipes? I'll try this and let you know if it is good. How can you go wrong with sour cream and bacon:-). Love your blog, by the way. So sad I've not seen it before now!

Lisa,

Thanks for visiting my blog. I do not know anything about what is and is not safe for gluten free people. I do not think I have any references to gluten on my blog before these comments.
