
- 2 40-ounce cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- In a casserole dish, mix the pineapples, flour, and sugar together to coat the pineapples.
- Top the pineapple mixture with cheese.
- Top the cheese with crushed Ritz crackers.
- Drizzle butter over crackers.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes until crackers are golden and cheese is melted.
