Pineapple Casserole

  • 2 40-ounce cans pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  1. In a casserole dish, mix the pineapples, flour, and sugar together to coat the pineapples.
  2. Top the pineapple mixture with cheese.
  3. Top the cheese with crushed Ritz crackers.
  4. Drizzle butter over crackers.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes until crackers are golden and cheese is melted.
