Chicken Nuggets

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 pounds chicken breasts (cut into 1 inch cubes or use defrosted frozen chicken strips without additional cutting)
  • 50 Wheat Thins, finely crushed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesean cheese
  1. Stir together butter and Worcestershire suace.  Add chicken and toss and coat.
  2. Mix Wheat Thins and Cheese together in a separate bowl.
  3. Dredge chicken in Wheat Thin mixture.
  4. Place chicken on single layer baking pan.
  5. Bake at 450 for 7 to 9 minutes.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
