- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 pounds chicken breasts (cut into 1 inch cubes or use defrosted frozen chicken strips without additional cutting)
- 50 Wheat Thins, finely crushed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesean cheese
- Stir together butter and Worcestershire suace. Add chicken and toss and coat.
- Mix Wheat Thins and Cheese together in a separate bowl.
- Dredge chicken in Wheat Thin mixture.
- Place chicken on single layer baking pan.
- Bake at 450 for 7 to 9 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
